h5p-editor-php-library release for Drupal module update beta?

I'm part of an organization contributing engineering effort to a 2.0 beta release of the H5P Drupal module. We've identified a couple issues from the Drupal queue (3364451 and 3499793) that are fixed in the master branch of h5p-editor-php-library, but aren't yet part of a release. Ideally, we'd like to resolve the issues by updating the library dependency to a new release.

Is there a release of h5p-editor-php-library expected soon, or would it be possible to get one? If there's effort blocking it that we can help with, we may be able to use some of our time to assist.
