Hi ingilizcecin,

I think using Column can achieve something similar if not excatly how you envision the activity. Here's a sample content that best explains this. I have created 2 different approaches. 1st is create multiple "multiple choice questions" as activities in a column. The other one is Quiz (Question Set) which looks a bit tidier in a slide format. Feel free to download it to check how I created the content.
