Cannot create or edit interactive videos

Hi,
After installing the H5P plug-in, I've uploaded all libraries to my WordPress site.
I wanted to create a new interactive video.
When I start creating a new video, I insert a title and then select interactive video from the dropdown list.
Then I get the message: Loading semantics, please wait...
But however long I wait, nothing else happens. The little wheel keeps on spinning, but the Interactive Video screen does not appear.
(I re-installed the libraries, but that doesn't help)
Editing Dialog Cards is going fine.
What can be wrong here?

Which browser are you using?
Can you press F12, and post any error messages in the console here?

Hi,
This happens with any browser (I tried FireFox, Chrome, IE and Edge).
I re-installed the plugin and uploaded the libraries again, but that doesn't help.
Other interactive elements work fine, (I didn't try them all though), but it's just the interactive video that doesn't work.
Mayb it's a mismatch with another plugin. WooCommerce and LearnDash are installed on the site.
But when I installed the plugin on a different webiste, (also with WC and LD) the interactive video part works OK.
So I can create the content on one website and then download and upload it to the other site, but I would love H5P to work as expected on my main website too.
I have attached the error in a screenshot.

Hi,
I need to look at the contents in the "Console"-tab (see screenshot) in the developer tools (F12). This is where error messages are printed. :)
Also, have you updated all your plugins to the lastest version? And have you tried re-installing the H5P plugin?

I was wondering has there been any progress with this issue as we are experiencing the same problem after upgrading our libraries? We have upgraded the plugin to the latest version 1.7.10 however that did not help. We checked the /wp-content/uploads/h5p/content/ however most of the folders seem to be empty.

Hi,
I didn't get any console printout from the previous poster. So I am not able to diagnose the problem
Can you copy and paste the log messages in your console here? Maybe I'm able to give you some feedback.

Problem solved (don't know how though)
The problem is solved.
I don't know exactly how and when this happened, because I have not been using H5P for a few months.
When I tried it today it worked perfectly fine.
