Dialog card navigation disappears

I have implemented about 20 various types of content in H5p using the plugin that comes with WPLMS. Dialog card is the first that is not operating properly.

I have created a four-card dialog card exercise using only text, no images. The problem occurs both in the backend preview after authoring the content and in the WPLMS unit preview after deploying.

I view card #1 and flip. No problem.

I view card #2 and flip. No problem.

I view card #3 and the navigation buttons disappear. But the flip works properly.

I have tried deleting and rebuilding card #3. No success. Now it stalls on card #2. I have added cards #4 and #5 to see if the behavior would change but it does not change.

I deleted the entire content and recreated it and the same problem occured.

I am accessing our WordPress site using the current version of Firefox.

Having a similar issue

I am using Safari and have created a flip card presentation with 8 cards. Each time I get to card #2, the navigation disappears and I am unable to move past the second card.
