This statements is triggered when the user presses the "Check" button in drag and drop questions

The BEST Moodle Plugin ....
I've EVER seen! Tried it out on a 3.0.3 Moodle sandbox ... http://sos.tcea.org/moodle30/course/view.php?id=18 (guest access allowed) and was really impressed! EXCELLENT!

I'm still figuring out how to create an interactive video and embed as a iframe to Canvas. Any idea?

You can create the content here in H5P.org and retrieve the embed code. I have not experienced using Canvas but afaik there is a field where you can place rich text, this is where you need to paste the embed code.
