custom start point for timeline

I use the latest Wordpress plugin in a Wordpress 5.0.3 environment and look for a way to customize the start screen of the timeline. Normally the view starts with the first entry in the middle, so there is a lot of space left of it.

Is there a way to set the view to for example the fourth entry at the beginning? This would reduce the empty space to the left of the center.

This is not possible not unless you make changes to the code.

I'm looking for a similar change. Would like timeline to start on far left, not center. Weird to start with deadspace on left. Would like to keep it related to first item in timeline, just start the timeline on the far left to more effectively use space. Example snapshot:
