h5p duplicate errors

Hi I recently moved site to a new host and since then got a set of error codes at the top of pages that have h5p content see attached image and video. Can anyone help?

Are you sure you moved the uploads/h5p folder as well? It looks like the file caching database are inconsistent with the actual files on the disk.
