Upgrade CKEditor & support Markdown input

Hello! I just tried H5P for the first time (spefically converting a Carpentries-style challange into a single-choice question). The editor was unfortunately missing formatting options for code / monospace. Since CKEditor 5 could support GFM: are you planning to upgrade to that?
