Images disappearing

Bugs in content types

I have created several course presentations and find multiple hotspots and a month after it was created, the images that were uploaded are no longer there. This has happened several times and I am not sure why they are disappearing

Hi everfit,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Thanks for the help. Here are the answers to your questions:

1)  I am not sure how to recreate it. I created new H5P content and uploaded images. They seem to work fine. Then a month later they are gone.
  2) Platform - Wordpress
  3) Desktop
  4) Browser: Chrome,

     URL or attached H5P.
  7) no browser errors
  8) Any PHP errors? See attached pic, when I select to edit the image, it says it is loading image editor, please wait, but it never loads
  9) Screenshots : see attached

Can you tell me when I add an image to Image Hotspots or a Course presentation, where are the images sored? I believe the link between the image and h5p is being broken.

I also face, exactly the same problem as Everfit. Please provide some solution.
