Tool for the Image documentation i need

The documentation Tool is highlighted with a red arrow, does this tool allow us to add such arrows to our images? if not can someone please tell me which tool is it, to add such arrows and highlight features on the image.

Hi Alisha,

If you are pertaining to the image in the tutorial, the image was not edited using an H5P content. Currently there are no content types that has this feature.
