Loading, please wait ,stuck waiting

Hello,
I'm Greg
When i use an content type, i got "Loading, wait please" and it stay on this. Know also that i don't have the logo of the instaled content types. Only the logo for the one to install.
Moodle 3.5.6 (Build: 20190513)
Desktop
Opéra and try it also on IE and Chrome. But still not working
H5P vrsion : 1.20.2
Any content type installed
No console errors on any browser
No php errors
It's a brand new installation.
Hope yau have enought information !
