Show / Hide labels

A simple content type with a 'Show labels' button on one image which toggles to a 'Hide labels' button.

Option 1: Toggle between 2 images (labels off / labels on)

Option 2: Let user create a "labels layer" with text, lines, arrows and simple shapes then toggle that labels layer.

I know this may seem simple but I believe it would be very handy for educators.
