Two Image Hotspots in the same file.

Hi, I hope you are doing well. I have the following doubt:

In this example; https://h5p.org/image-hotspots are two "Image Hotspots" together, however I can not find a way to put the two files together.

Can you please support me?

Sorry for the confusion on the example henogoga. These are two separate examples for the image hotspot. For this funtionality you can use Column instead.
