Inventory of interactive video hotspots

Is it possible for all clicked hotspot items in interactive video to be added into an inventory list? This list of items could be contained in an html string and then used elsewhere in the interactive video?

For instance, during an interactive video the learner clicks 4 hotspots. ( an apple, a pear, a orange, a banana ). Later on a single choice set question contains possible answers based on the html inventory string. In this instance the 4 possible answers would be;

1)Apple 2)Pear 3)Orange 4)Banana

Thanks, Colin
