Exporting H5P file to TINCAN

Is there currently a utility to take the H5P file downloaded from H5P which then converts the file into a TINCAN format for importing into a LMS?

I always was under the
I always was under the impression that TinCan is an old name for xAPI, which H5P supports out of the box. xAPI is limited to reporting learner interactions and doesn't do bundling. You still have to use SCORM for this as far as I know.
If I'm wrong I stand to be corrected.
