Interactive Videos - Unable to Submit Score

Apologies if this has already been posted. I did search the forums but couldn't find anything quite like this. WE use h5P to check if staff have watched the videos. Some staff are reporting they are unable to complete. After exhaustive testing, I have discovered a reliable way fo replicating the error. The only solution I can currently think of is t edit the text to ask the learner not to refresh but select continue.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

Create a video with a statement or True/False and submit screen. Turn off Skipping and enable go back 10 seconds.

Play the video through to the Interaction, select the correct response, but do not select continue. Instead, refresh the page. You should now be unable to submit any score if you navigate to the submit screen or resubmit interaction responses and then go to submit screen.

Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
