Extend virtual tour to jump to specific scenes

Is it possible to extend the virtual tour to pass a scene title or ID in the URL to jump straight to it?

For example, in our academic library tour https://barber.cocc.edu/wp/tutorials/virtual-tour/#stacks would jump straight to th stacks on the second floor (or https://barber.cocc.edu/wp/tutorials/virtual-tour/#clerc-collection straight to our children's literature collection, https://barber.cocc.edu/wp/tutorials/virtual-tour/#elearning to the eLearning center, etc.).

The editor's interface has a select element that allows the user to jump to any scene--how can I trigger that same behavior? We have a local server installation so I can write another WordPress plugin to add custom PHP or JS content to the public webpage for our virtual tour, but I don't know what to pass to the iframe's H5P JS object to make a scene change happen.
