I see in all examples that you have to upload/provide the source video file. Is it also possible to overlay an existing youtube video with the h5p interactive video?

When I tried to view a h5p content in a post, I got error following message.

I have created h5p content for user administrator,and I can find it in user administrator, but I do not find the h5p content in other users.How I can find it? or what is wrong?
