I am not able to create items in Moodle, nor upload files created on the H5P site.

I tried to install the H5P moodle plugin on moodle 3.3. It installed fine but I could not create any content type. I keep getting this error: "Interactive Video could not be installed. Contact your administrator."

I have downloaded one presentation from website h5p.org. Now my question is that on what platform and how, I can open this presentation on my computer offline. I have already installed XAMPP on my computer.
