How can I add questions in H5P where the user has to listen to an audio file then answer multiple choice or gap fill, based on what they heard? This is the feature I need the most as I have an English language learning website. 

When I upload the H5P content that appears below.

We are developing a hybrid app with Phonegap, containing amongst other things multiple choice questions with rich feedback. Can H5P contents integrate in such apps? If yes, do you know if the appstore accepts them?
