Installation and server related problems

I've posted twice (this is the 3rd time) but can not see my topics and receive no emails to show me my question posted.  I can not locate assistance and my trial is not working with Brightspace.  How can I get assistance?

Completed the setup for our test environment using https://documentation.h5p.com/content/1290398146464789848 but H5P does not show in my "Insert Stuff" list.

I am following the instructions at https://documentation.h5p.com/content/1290398146464789848 to set up H5P for our test environment for the 30 day trial to consider puchase and it's not working.  When I go to "Inset Stuff" the H5P option is not available.
