Installation and server related problems

I have newly installed instance of Moodle 3.6 with H5P plugin version 1.17.2. When I click to add new interactive content I see the H5P hub but when I click Interactive video it just gets stuck on "Loading, please wait..." The console log is has status 508 errors. This is happeing on a desktop browser, both Chrome and IE.

I have an interactive presentation that seems to be corrupt. I can access all of my other files just fine but I really need to access this one. It took a good 20 hours to create. I don't have h5p installed in my server.

Any suggestions? Is there any way for users to get access to a previous version of a file?

I have two comprehension questions about Interactive Video & CORS:

1. I read in another forum topic about the Interactive Video needing CORS allowed, so subtitles can work. Is CORS needed for other features as well and if not: is there / will there be an option to shut off subtitles and don't use CORS?
