Installation and server related problems

I use H5P with Drupal 8. I have an alert from my server because my files/h5p/temp is very big (49 go). I don't undestand why. As it is too big, my server ist down with a 503 error, so i cannot see in my content h5p, what is the one which causes the problem. The only solution is to delete the temp files. But if I do this, will I lose my contents or will I have other problem. Help me please.

After migration to dedicated Linux server Moodle activities, which were made with H5P isn't showing up anymore. 
Moodle version originally was 3.10.1 , now its updated to 3.10.4
H5P was 1.22.0 , updated to 1.22.2
