interactive book

Hi there. In Moodle 3.11, I am currently facing an issue where text boxes collapse while I'm editing content in the interactive workbook and branching scenarios in a desktop environment. I have tried different browsers but it's the same same (Safari & Chrome). I can edit once and then the next box I edit collapses. I can see others having the same issue. I have attached an example video in h5p.

XAPi statements behave differently to Interative Video - the Interactive Book triggers a 'completed' statement prior to Sumbit for Review button is pressed. My LRS is saying the user has completed the content as soon as the finish any content type within the book rather than at the end.

I'm new to H5P but am starting work on a project that will use it extensively. I am working on a sample "chapter" and I used a name for an interactive book file that I would like to change. However, I haven't been able to figure out how to do so. Can anyone help me with this? Am attaching a screenshot below.
