Content creation

Forgive me if this is answered somewhere else and I missed it. 

I know that H5P content cannot be used commercially without purchasing a license. 

I am a recent graduate and would like to add some of my content to an online portfolio I am creating. Is this allowed without a license?

Is it possible to add video or a GIF to the cards? One would be an audio or an image and the matching card would be a video?
