Hi, 

I have created a number of H5Ps for my e-learning, which is hosted by learndash. Now I want to integrate these H5Ps in an assessment quiz in my e-learning. This is not possible since it does not generate an answer, so I guess I need a plug-in. Can you help me by explaining how I do this?

4. H5P plugin version 1.21.0
5. H5P content type (True/False Question) version 1.6.5
6. no browser console error. The quiz just doesn't displayed after click save and display.
7. no php errors
8. moodle has just been upgraded from v3.3 to v3.8.

When set up H5P activity in Moodle, select Quiz (Question Set). select True/False Question type and configure the question accordingly. After click save and display, the quiz will not be displayed.

I would like to ask if it is possible to have a multiple choice questionnaire (or rating scale) where there is no correct answer. I need something like a tool where the result is an individual score on the test with personalised feedback. Is that possible?

So for example a tool where kids have to fill in if they feel competent in different skills and at the end of the test they get a result like 'On "skill 1" you scored 30%, so we advice you to...' and 'On "skill 2" you scored 80%, so that's going very well!'
