We have a branching scenario where the first node is a video. The second node is an image hotspot. How can we make the branching scenario move on to the second node without pressing proceed?

I am trying to create an interactive video. The questions I am entering are opinion based so there is no right or wrong answer. Is there a way to create a multiple choice question that does show a right or wrong answer. Maybe like a poll or something similar...
