Content creation

I'd really like the create a video activity using a video from YouTube. The video is long though and I want learners to focus on just one part of the video. I could instruct them to "jump to 2 minutes and 18 seconds" but I"d rather use the YouTube start and stop code format. I've looked on the web and I've tried a bunch of diferent formats. This one appears to work if you put it into a browser:

Estoy intentando crear un video interactivo en Moodle, tengo la versión de H5P 1.19 y mi moodle en 3.6 pero al momento de intentar crear se queda cargando y no pasa de ahí. Me deja crear otro tipo de contenido pero tengo inconvenientes con el más importante

This Questions is not so much about how to create content, it‘s about which kind of content I could make. I teach danish 

and I have a coursist who has a very bad short term memory. I only want him to present himself very shortly and learn two questions and two answers.

Where are you from? I am from France. 

I thought about using h5p, because I can apply many repetition, and he can learn in his own tempo. 

Any suggestions on what kind of content I should create?
