Content creation

In the October release notes you mentioned a new content type called Questionnaire that would allow for open ended questions. I don't see Questionnaire in an option for the online development tool. Is this something that's only available for the installed version? Or does it have a different name? Or is it still in development?

I'm creating an elearning course by using the 'Course Prentation' content type (learner clicks through content on various slides).  I've tried to make the content more interesting by adding things like video to the slide and this has worked up to a point.

I've noticed that there are various content types (e.g. Flashcards/Interactive Hotspots etc.) which look great, but I can't find a way of using them within the Course Presentation content type.

Please help. I keep on getting this errors:

h5p.js?ver=2016110100:871 Unable to find constructor for: H5P.IFrameEmbed 1.0

and together with that error this following error:

h5p.js?ver=2016110100:984 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getCopyrights' of undefined(…)

These errors causes the data that i've embedded not to show. It only shows blank. see attachment.
