Alignment and moving text

Hi all,
I am developing a presentation using the H5P plugin in WordPress.
The major issue am facing is aligning text , the default movement which the editor allows is 10px, is there a way we can minimize it to our choice. For example, I would like to move the text 5 pixels top or 3 pixels left right.

I am not able to get my camera or microphone to work in Chrome and in Firefox, while I can get my camera and microphone to work, I do not get an active room. Any ideas?
