Hello, how's it going?

I am currently involved in a project that is going to be using H5P/Interactive Content Development Tools to create content for university students. I would like to know if there is a way to combine different tools together to create one package? For example, a Course Presentation that has an Interactive Video in it and a Timeline. Or is there a way to link different tools to each other using buttons or url links?

I'm attempting to create a short maths quiz with fill in the blanks. The question is about converting decimals to fractions, so I want to write:

0.25 = *1/4*

But I know then my answer will be translated as '1 or 4' 

Is there any way round this? Or better maths support for this use case?
