Content creation

Currently timing for interactions in video to appear and disappear can be set in seconds. In most cases this is not detailed enough, can it be changed to set in tenths of seconds (e.g. 01:30.10 seconds).

Title says it all, I hope. Maybe there's a setting I'm missing? As it is, students can just press Play and skip past questions. Can this be avoided?

I was wondering if there is a way in a course presentation to preload the audio?  at the moment it starts playing(when cliked on) before fully loaded and stops to buffer.
