Examples & Downloads filter categories?

On the Examples & Downloads page under the Content Types heading: What is the difference between the Larger Resources and Tasks filter categories? I first thought that it is separating single activities and bundled activities (like the Quiz/Question set type), but Quiz/Question sets are also under Tasks and those are bundled activities. So what is the definition of those categories? I would like to know so I can explain it better during professional development workshops.

Can I have this features on interactive videos with H5P?

I'm coming from some experiments and researches on Scorm in Moodle and I have just landed on H5P to see if it could be the right way.

My goals are to show video recorded lessons on Moodle with some conditions:

Hi, I am wondering if anybody has thought about using h5p content as basis for AI learning analytics in Moodle. This means that, for example, h5p math content is being used for diagonosing learners' progress and recommending suitable h5p learning content for them in Moodle.
