What standards are you currently using for WCAG?  Is it still 2.0 or higher?

I'm having a problem with a H5P Quiz activity in a course. I use it as a final test of the course. The issue is that there are students who take the final
test ant the teacher then does not see it in the grade bok. The note doesn't appear. It does not happen to me with all, nor in all the courses that I use it.

However, in the records report it is recorded that the student performed the activity, but not in the activity completion report, since it cannot be delivered in a delivered state, nor with a grade.

I was wondering if the Summary Task in Interactive Video is available as a separate H5P activity. I tried Question Set and Single Choice Set but the cascading effect that I see in the Summary Task cannot be obtained there.
