Audio Recorder

Hi everybody ! I try to use h5p audio recorder in a learndash lesson by adding a shortcode to it, but nothing appears on my web page. My wordpress is up to date. I try to developp my site for mobile and desktop. I've tried to see the recorder via chromium (Linux Ubuntu) and Firefox (same OS), but I can't. I have the latest version of h5p. I can't give you an url because it's on an intranet. My students can have access to my website via internet but they need to login via the login press plugin. I have no browser console errors...and I don't know how to get PHP errors...I mean I can't see any message showing me that there's a php error (I don't know php language). I use plugins such as wordfence security, woo commerce, woo commerce admin, uncanny learndash toolkit pro, tin canny learndash reporting...can you help me to make h5p work on my website ?
