Database memory

My pages database memory is huge. Is there away to reset memory? I want to keep my assaingmets but clear all the answers people have given and other userdata. I use wordpress and in the admin page i can't clear the database or it wont get small enough. Is there a way to clear memory in root and which is the name of foulder?

Hi,

 

I programmatically created an interactive book. However, when I upload it, I get a Validation error. The problem is that I can't find a mention of either of the two libraries anywhere. Where can I download these libraries?
