Bugs in content types

Hello everyone,

Has anyone encountered the following issue with the H5P core activity in Moodle (the one with the blue icon)? I created a Game Map activity, and everything worked perfectly at first — it functioned well, could be edited, saved without issues, and so on.

I wanted to report an display error with the content type Interactive Book (version 1.11.8)

The error occurs in Moodle 4.5.4 on desktop version with the following browsers: Brave, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Chromium (in their latest versions). 

The problem is when marking 'Show Table of Contents' as Default Setting: When enabled, the table of contents is displayed when you open the workbook. This causes any image included as part of the content to appear flickering (a GIF is attached for better visualization).

Description:

 We're experiencing inconsistent behavior when using the H5P Game Map (Version 1.5.4) in the Core integration in Moodle (Version 4.5.4). Instead of saving the learner's current progress as expected, the attempt is sometimes automatically submitted — without any user action. When the activity is reopened, progress is reset to 0% and a new attempt ist started.
