Bugs in content types

I'm using Drupal 8 with Opigno 2 and the H5P integration module (opigno_h5p).

While attempting and completing H5P questions within a module, everything works fine during the attempt. However, on the result page, I'm seeing irrelevant questions and answers — content that belongs to other H5P activities or modules.

What I've already checked:

Verified the opigno_answer and field_xapidata tables in the database — the data stored there is correct and matches the H5P content ID (h5p-local-content-id).

I have a moodlebox installed on a rasbperrypi and I uploaded .mbz files and restored many courses (some of them are getting this error) invalid-library-json-file : Could not find library.json file with valid json format for library H5P.InteractiveBook-1.11 (in the preview)
And some are getting are working properly.

Hi All, building from the pull request here: https://github.com/h5p/h5p-joubel-ui/pull/11, If the text is supposed to be visible when you hover your mouse over the gold star, the positioning and text colour appear to be incorrect. Even when I test sample H5P on H5P's website, it shows the same issue. This happens regardless of OS.
