Bugs in content types

Hello guys, in the Document Export Page (1.5.12) there seem to be 2 different bugs:

1. If the goals page is not added, there is a javascript error in console: "caught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'inputArray') " but the page was not required or indicated as required anywhere. For the user not adding that page, there is no way to tell why the export is not working. In "this.hasAssessedGoals = this.inputGoals.inputArray.some((function(t) {" in h5p-document-export-page.js the inputGoals is undefined if no corresponding page is added.

I made this H5P Quiz. See attachment. 
The problem seems typical for Image Choice.

• Problem in question 2: The quiz gets stuck if a student clicks on “Check” before choosing one of the images. Question 2 is an Image Choice.
• No problem in question 1 if you click on “Check” before choosing. Question 1 is no Image Choice.

Can I fix this?

I noticed that also the Attempts Report of "Sort the paragraphs" is strange.
H5P Core. Moodle 4.1
I used the example of https://h5p.org/content-types/sort-the-paragraphs
But for an easier example I set the option to Scoring mode: Correctly placed paragraph.
No matter what the score is, I always get all red crosses. Also when I use the other option in the scoring mode, I always get all red crosses.
