Bugs in content types

Hello,

On Windows using Chrome 106.0.5249.103 and Firefox 105.0.3, whenever you complete and are awarded marks for a question-based H5P content type (i.e multiple choice), if you click and drag over (from right to left) the X/X, the Star icon and Green bar showing the marks, it reveals text underneath like the image attached.

Steps to replicate in Moodle on Windows (Chrome and Firefox)

There is an anfiable bug in h5p, if I change the theme I get the following error:
The course you passed to $PAGE->set_cm does not correspond to the $cm

I tried to search online and it looks like none has been able to fix it yet.
For the classic theme everything is fine but for other themes it looks like h5p doesn't work with them.
Is there another alternative to h5p or is there a solution to this?

I'm currently in Greenland creating OER using h5p elements.

Memory game is very popular off couse, but we have an issue using audio.

The case is this: 

The audio works fine playing the memory game on a computer. But playing on an iPad or iPhone, The audio is not playing (well I think it is, but we can't hesr anything). We have tried on several devices.

I do have some old memory games and playing them on iPad works fine.

Can there be a bug somewhere?
