Bugs in content types

When I use reuse in Moodle to download the H5P video it doesn't download the latest content.  It seems to be using the first version even though the saved H5P video has the updates?  For example, I fixed some typos saved and displayed the video with the content showing as correct, but when I downloaded the file the typos that were initially there are in the downloaded document.  It's like it's only grabbing the first version???  How do I fix this?

Moodle Version: 3.8
H5P Plugin Version: 1.22.0

I opened, read the content then clicked edit. I changed the content to the code and made the image size bigger. I then changed it back to text and clicked save.Then got this error:

Error writing to database

Attempt tracking was working for most Content Types till 31st May 2022.

From today i.e. 1st June 2022, Attempt tracking is working for Flashcards and Drag the Words.

But it is not working for Column with Find the Hotspots.

It is not working on

(a) Moodle and on

(b) H5P.com
