Can't create a project with folders

Hi, I followed the "Hello World" tutorial in Widows. I created the two folders and the .json file and then I put them in a .zip. Next, I renamed that .zip file into a .h5p file and uploaded to Moodle.

This error appears: not-in-whitelist : File "content/"  not-in-whitelist : File "H5P.GreetingCard/"

I understand that the error is because of the folder but I don't know how to solve it. Is anyone with the same problem?
