Bugs in content types

Recently I added an interactive book in our WordPress website. Even added audio for each page. I can see the final version as an admin. But normal users can't see it. I also don't know what else to do. Someone please advice me on how to solve this issue. 

I am working with professors who want to use the Cornell notes activity in their book. In some books, it loads correctly, allowing me to choose whether to place text or a video as the center of the activity.  (screenshot 1 below and attached file "Cornell Screenshot 1")

Hello, one of my students can't see all the clues on the crossword puzzles. In this example, only 5 'across' clues appear to the right of the grid. The student uses safari on a mac. The content is created on Wordpress but embedded in another platform that places the exercises inside a column. Is there a possible solution?
