Bugs in content types

Hello, one of my students can't see all the clues on the crossword puzzles. In this example, only 5 'across' clues appear to the right of the grid. The student uses safari on a mac. The content is created on Wordpress but embedded in another platform that places the exercises inside a column. Is there a possible solution?

In the Quiz question set, when you add a new question, it is not possible to choose between different options in the question type menu (such as drag and drop, multiple choice etc...) You can only choose multimedia choice

HI, I am not sure if this is a bug, but when I chose Course Presentation, the audio for Check exercise (not full score) and Check exercise (full score) did not work. It works well for other content types. Attached is the screenshot. Am I missing something? Thanks!
