Bugs in content types

I've had a user report an on-going issue where their Documentation activities still show the 'Submit' button even though we have no LMS integration.

As far as I can tell the only way to enable/disable this button is in the LTI plugins and we're not currently using any of those. Our users are creating activites on the webportal and embedding where required.

Additionally there's nothing in my Admin settings that would seem to turn this 'Enable LRS dependent content types' on or off.

Everytime when I use a question type set in an interactive video the learner can choose the wrong answer and the correct answer will show up as green. I don't want the user to see the correct answer. I have tried deactivating the "show answer" button. Is there a way to deactivate it?

Also the video continues even though I have checked that the video can just be continued when the user has the correct answer.
