Bugs in content types

PHP Version 7.4.8 throws warning

settings:

windows 10, XAMPP install, with php 7.4.8, Drupal 8, H5P module version: '8.x-1.0-rc17'

Upon entering any H5P content I sometimes (not often) get this php warning:

Hi,

I am using moodle inside docker, my aim is to be able to add an interactive video activity inside the course. Seems that the "create content" does not work if the adress is localhost, which is the case with docker. The message is:

Your site is having difficulties connecting to H5P.org and listing the available content types.

What I want, is a way allowing me to use to interactive video plugin without need to host any thing on H5P.org. Is there any way to solve this?

Summary:

Hi, I have this issue when I quit full screen mode while watching a video(both interactive video and the one embedded inside slide presentations). I was able to enable full screen by pressing the button on the lft top corner, the video size scales perfectly. The problem is when I quit the full screen mode, the video will disappear instead of scaling down to its original size.
