Bugs in content types

Hello,

Each time I try to create new content using "Personality Quiz" content type I get the following error. Any kind of help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Please let me know what I am doing wrong here. I am trying to create content on Drupal 7.70, PHP 7.2.31

You Must Choose An H5P Content Type Or Upload An H5P File.

Hi, 

There seems to be some wonky behaviour in course summary score. When you refress/return to the presentation the  Score/Total changes. Is it suppose to behave like this?

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Create course presentation

2. Add summary-activity with few choosable options.

3. Save

4. Do the summary activity, get a full score  

5. Go to the summary page -> It shows full score.

6. Refress the page or leave the presentation and come back and summary score shows 1/n.

Is it possible to make the full screen button more consistent across content types? i.e. same symbol and postion across all activity types? Eg: Full screen option placed bottom left of all content types.
