Bugs in content types

1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen): Logged-in user completes the Image Sequencing activity and sees a time/score. Logs out. On logging in again, the activity has reset to its original state. In settings, the boxes to log user results and save content state are checked, which works for all other content types as far as I can see.

I've realized the forums in h5p.org are more active than the dedicated Moodle forum, so I place my question here, too.

Is there a way to activate the "Embed" option of an activity but not the "Re-use" option? I was quite sure I could do this some months ago, but now I cannot combine those options - is either none of them or both of them (s. screenshot). I use Moodle 3.5.x.

I am using H5P in Moodle, on Apache, on two different hosts: (1) BlueHost and (2) GoDaddy.  Interactive Video does not show the video in the editor or in the displayed activity. I've been trying for several days to figure out if the problem is on the server or browser. It seems to be server related, as the problem exists in Chrome and IE. 

I'm using Moodle 3.6 and 3.8 respectively.
