Bugs in content types

Hi, 

I have two of my website moodle(3.73 and 3.8), when I updated the H5P plugin to the latest version, I am unable to open the content type of branching scenario. It just keeps loading forever. Please help me with it. I have tried reinstalling the plug in as well but no luck. I am facing this issue on all 3 (Chrome, Firefox and IE browsers).

1. Created a Moodle website of version (tried both 3.73 & 3.8 versions) using Hostgator

Hello,

I created an interactive video with clickable hotspots (links to the same site.)

Unfortunately, all the links have a "target=_blank" tag and open in a new browser window. While this, the video playing along in a not active browser tab in the background. How can I disable target _blank and open Links in the current tab window?
