Bugs in content types

hi

repeatedly we are seeing the issue that a user misses 'start quiz' button in question-set on moodle. 

the only remedy we could find so far is to duplicate the whole question-set for the affected user. with the copy they would then always be able to work.

we tried different webbrowsers, deleting all the caches, but no avail.

Is there someone experiencing the same issue below?
We are using BuddyBoss Theme for our website and the ThriveArchitect plugin when editing the page. 
For some reasons, hp5 games will disappear after I made updates to the page using ThriveArchitect. When I checked the page back again, I noticed that the shortcode was rendered to be to groups of HTML code though I only used h5p shortcode before.

Find The Words checking animation not working when we change a translate and remove variables.

You can check this on altedu.pl - for example, you can find a "deploy" word. Time works but user are not able to check word. After finish quiz, points are correct.

Steps to reproduction:

1. Create a new Find the words game

2. Change translations and remove a few or all variables - attachement.

3. Save game and check on live site.
