Column images hotspots not working in Canvas embed 'Content unavailable' ?

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

I created a Column activity  in H5P embedded  it to a page in Canvas course -  in canvas page, it says in the middle of a large watermark of H5P  'Content unavailable.'

Platform and version number. Canvas latest version  on  Desktop

Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari  all browsers to the left

H5P plugin version non-used demonstration simply embedding in to a page

InteractiveVideo: .en language file does not match semantics.json

Hi,

I've noticed that the generic .en.json file in the h5p-interactive-video library does not match the structure of semantics.json. The corresponding entry for l10n.defaultAdaptivitySeekLabel does not exist in .en.json. 

This mismatch means that translation tools that take .en.json as a template won't work (e.g. my Weblate installation at https://deutsche-h5p-uebersetzungscommunity.tk).
